The method

SKIFA starts from how the hotel really works. We carry out a comprehensive diagnosis of its ecosystem: sales, rates, OTAs, website, image, distribution, tools and organisation. This overall view helps identify the priorities. We then act where there is value.

01. Observe

Understand the property's situation and name the real frictions: where bookings, margin or time are lost.

02. Define

Set a positioning, a priority clientele, channels and a voice. Decide the place of direct sales.

03. Optimise

Work the rate grids, seasonality, restrictions and distribution. Decide which channels are really useful.

04. Sell direct

Turn the website into a sales tool, not a brochure: structure, storytelling, languages, mobile, integrated booking.

05. Build

Put the operational tools in place — PMS, channel manager, automations — without stacking what is not needed.

06. Measure

Review results using the available data: bookings, channels, average rate, qualified traffic. Indicators are presented in the progress documents.

07. Adjust

Adjust rates, improve the website, handle new commercial issues. Support the owner's decisions over time.

The team

Two areas of expertise that meet on every significant mission: commerce and digital. Each of us decides within our own field; any decision that changes a client promise or the scope of a mission is made together.

Revenue manager and consultant to independent hotels. Abdel works on pricing strategy, commercial positioning, distribution, sales channels and PMS / channel manager topics. He carries the commercial performance of the properties.

Alexis

Website design, art direction, user experience, development, technical architecture, search, automation and AI R&D. Alexis translates commercial decisions into the property’s digital identity, messaging and tools.

SKIFA

The structure

A brand, a methodology, six clearly identified offers, a web production workflow, a clear way of organising each project and a technical infrastructure. AI is part of how SKIFA works, not of the promise shown to the client.

Beyond the missions

SKIFA's two areas of expertise share a common way of working: project follow-up tailored to each property, and an ongoing management offer to support decisions over time.

Keeping track of your project

From the start, we agree with you on how to follow the project: exchanges, shared documents and approval stages. Written summaries recap the decisions made and the next actions, with a level of detail suited to the work involved.

Continuous steering

After an initial project, SKIFA can provide ongoing support: tracking results, adjusting rates, improving your website and addressing new commercial priorities. We agree the scope and pace together, based on your property's needs.
