This policy covers browsing skifa.fr and contacting SKIFA. It explains which data we use, who receives it and your rights. Updated: 9 October 2026.
SKIFA, a French simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 109 406 280, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, is responsible for the processing of contact requests described here. It is represented by its president, Abdelaziz Krim. Alexis Robic acts on its behalf. The audience measurement described in "Audience measurement (Google Analytics)" is carried out by Alexis Robic, publisher of the website. For questions or requests about your data, email bonjour@skifa.fr or write to SKIFA's registered office.
The website has no contact form or newsletter subscription. Email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. We use the contact details, professional information, messages and attachments you send us to understand and answer your request. Providing this information is optional; without sufficient contact details or information, we may be unable to respond. Professional correspondence and general enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us and preparing our services. Where your request concerns a contract to which you are personally a party, processing relies on steps taken at your request before entering into that contract. This website does not carry out advertising profiling or automated decisions that produce effects on you.
Alexis Robic and Abdelaziz Krim can read email and WhatsApp enquiries from France on behalf of SKIFA. Access is limited to what is needed to respond and follow up. OVHcloud provides hosting and email services. If you choose WhatsApp, that service also processes the information needed for communication under its own terms.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange initiated by you. This rule is supported by regular checks and manual deletion where necessary; it does not rely on automatic email or WhatsApp purging. If an engagement begins, the information needed to manage it becomes part of the client file; processing associated with the service and its retention are described in the engagement documents. Information strictly required to meet a legal obligation or defend legal rights may be kept separately for the applicable period, with restricted access.
Your IP address and technical connection information are needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We operate the website on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it available and preventing incidents. Website access logs record the time, request outcome, data volume and duration, without the IP address or visited URL. Error or security logs may contain an IP address, a URL and diagnostic information. Access is restricted to authorised technical administration. Website log files are rotated daily; archived files are retained for 14 days after rotation. The system journal is configured for a 14-day retention period. A limited extract may be kept separately where an incident or legal obligation requires it.
With your consent, and only after you click "Accept", Alexis Robic, publisher of the website, measures traffic on skifa.fr with Google Analytics to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Accepting is optional; declining has no consequence on your access to the website and its content. Data: an online identifier stored in the _ga cookie and the _ga_ cookie followed by the site's measurement ID, the pages you view (address, title, previous page), city, device model, browser version, screen resolution and other technical information about your browser and device. Your IP address is sent to Google, which uses it transiently to infer your location. Besides page views, only the events Google Analytics always records (first visit, session start, engagement time) are measured; Google's automatic measurements (scrolls, outbound clicks, file downloads, forms, videos, site search) are disabled. No advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled, the property is linked to no advertising service and its data is not shared with Google products. Retention: Google Analytics cookies expire at the latest 6 months after your last visit. Event and user data are kept for 2 months in Google Analytics, then deleted in the next monthly purge; aggregated statistics are not covered by this setting. Your choice is kept for 6 months in the cookie-consent cookie. Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time through "Cookies" (menu or footer), without affecting the lawfulness of the measurement carried out before withdrawal. Measurement then stops and Google Analytics cookies are erased; data already sent is kept for 2 months in Google Analytics, then deleted in the next monthly purge, so at most about 3 months after it was sent (aggregated statistics excepted). Access: only Alexis Robic views these statistics. To exercise your rights over this data: bonjour@skifa.fr.
The website sets a choice cookie, cookie-consent, which keeps your consent or refusal to audience measurement for 6 months. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you consent (see "Audience measurement (Google Analytics)"). The website may also use the tab's session storage to manage a technical reload following an update or loading error. This storage supports website operation, not advertising, and follows the lifetime of the browser session. Visiting the site or sending a message does not constitute advertising consent.
The website is hosted by OVH SAS on a VPS in Gravelines, France; OVHcloud also provides email services. This does not mean all of these providers' processing takes place exclusively in France. Some technical access or transfers may take place under the provider's contractual terms and applicable data protection safeguards. WhatsApp is an optional contact channel. For users in the European region, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Its policy describes processing and transfers outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, under the adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses described in its policy. You can choose to contact us by email. For audience measurement, Google Ireland Limited acts as processor; Google LLC may access this data from the United States. This transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Data Privacy Framework), to which Google LLC is certified, and, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses in Google's terms, available below.
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and request portability where its conditions apply. Email bonjour@skifa.fr or write to SKIFA's registered office, explaining your request. A proportionate identity check may be requested if there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month; if complexity or the number of requests warrants an extension, we will inform you within that period. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, particularly if you believe your rights are not being respected. You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time through "Cookies". For audience measurement, write to the same address, bonjour@skifa.fr.
